急问：婚姻绿卡多久可以拿到working permit，谢谢

我的H1B还有两个月到期。不想在现在的公司再续一年。请问有人知道纽约，新泽西地区如果申请婚姻绿卡，需要多长时间才能拿到working permit吗？
