*********My experience may help you out at this point. I got the REF for VSC. I email most of researchers who cited my papers. I got 5 professors' letter to support my NIW.

**********If you have a membership of a scientific association, you can email the president to ask help. I got a supporting letter from the president of ASHG(american society of human genetics). This kind of letter may support the following requirments.
