here is my RFE question:
The evidence the sel-petitioner has submitted does not clearly establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. The record does not establish that sel-petitiioner's acomplishments are substantially greater than oter working in his or her field of expertise. The sel-petitioner must demonstrate how his or her documented achievements are more significant/noteworthy by comparision to oters in the field and are above that normally attained by somebody at his or her current level. Porspetive benefits may not be considered.
