Should be Nebraska center? not sure, the attorney did everything, and the receipt letter is from the attorney too. Basically filed on 8/15, received on 8/16, I got the recepit letter from my attorney on 8/23, yesterday the HR called and told me she checked on line and it is approved.

And I applied 2005 20,000 cap, for your information
