急!!Part-time H1能办PERM 绿卡吗?..

快开学了,必须作出决定.
绿卡还停在LC 阶段,两年了,啥动静都没有, ::((
最近拿到一名校PHD 的admission,很想读. 老板同意我转成part-time H1B, full time学生, 帮付学费, 大约3 年完成(已有Master from same major). 问题是,1)我这绿卡办了一半(应该说 我该怎么办??
