请教ImmCanada：登陆的一些问题

我们一家4口7月登陆，然后返回美国。现在在加国的朋友只收到我和太太的枫叶卡，还差2个孩子的。

1， 如何解决这个问题？
2， 如果孩子没拿到枫叶卡，我们还能一起进入加拿大吗？
