prefer to write a letter to explain (with your receipt number, error location, and why you chose the wrong answer, clearly listed, and your SIGNATURE so that it is legal). And later call to make sure it is handled properly. Frankly, I don't think it is that serious (haven't heard anybody rejected because of that).

Just my personal opinion.
