I-130 for parents?Please help.

I send the I-130 for my parents( they are still in china) to California service center on Apr,8th.2005.Is it correct service center? Becouse I heard someone said he send to Chicago.WE both live in CA.If anyone knows, please tell me.yhanks a lot.
