I indeed received the approval notice from TSC today, althougth the online status has no any change and also no email notice. The formal approval notice was sent out on 8/18/05. I think there is delay in online update.

My experience is writing a strong personal statement to include all your achievements and cite all the good words from the recommendation letters.
