i-485 QUESTION

Hi,

I have a question on the I-485 form. In part 3, there is a question:

Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including US government...

My wife did use WIC after we had the first baby when I was student. Should I answer YES for this question? Will there be any consequence if I answer yes?
