请救我于水火之中啊！！！多谢

我的H1B到2006年11到期，可我的I-94卡的有效期是2005年1月到期，跟我的H1 VISA有效期一致，也就是说我现在已经过期近7个月了（小弟当时从加拿大入境的时候什么都不了解，甚至不知道那个卡片就是I-97,也就不知它的重要性了）。请有经验的兄弟姐妹告诉我，问题严重到什么程度？如何解决？关键是第二个问题，叩谢！
