My wife's original H4 application is only from 12/18/04 to 6/1/05 because my H1 needs to be extended on 6/2/05. However, my wife's original H4 application was denided. She is out of status 166 days.
When I extended my H1 starting from 6/2/05 in March, I also applied my wife's H4 extension starting from 6/2/05. And she got this extension case approved. So she has H4 visa from 6/2/05 to 5/31/08.
So these are two H4 cases.
Will this 166 days out of status affect her green card?
