刚刚打电话到TSC

询问my 485的情况，他们不肯查detail，告诉你pending.
接着问why pending?，解释说他们正在处理2004年7月的case.
看来TSC的representative不像以前那样给查detail了。
不过还好，2004年7月，not far.
