I-485 Pending, a question?

I-140, RD, 06/13/2002
I-140, AD, 06/25/2004

I-485, RD, 09/13/2004,
FP, 03/27/2005d
I-485 is Still pending. After finger print, no any updating was founf for my case in Internet status.

A lot of person who filed after me have been approved.

Is my case normal?
Is anyone under the similiar condition?
Do I need to call VSC?

Please kindly share your opinions. Thanks.
