PERM 还是RIR?

俺是06/2001来美的(B/1),02/2002俺转为H/1. 8/2004交的EDD律师说现在转到Backlog Reduction Center of the Dept of labor (DOL)律师认为大概10/1/2006前会批准。同时俺还付费给同一律师申请PERM，现在所有的job posting都已做完。DOL要求30天的等候期(要到9/7/2005)。
如果俺要申请我的PERM的话,俺会失去俺的RIR的排期.同时俺还需要一些Reference要证明俺被现公司雇佣前三年的工作经验.We will need to provide detailed letters of reference showing you obtained the three years experience, and any special requirements, before you were hired by your current company. Please send us a list of 2-3 key qualifications you possessed before you were hired by the company, and any letters of reference you may already have. Also, please indicate where/how you met these special qualifications. 各位看官老爷,能帮个忙出个主意吗?我想我儿子都快想疯了.
