Anyone has such experience???

Last week I checked my case status online saying that my 485 case is approved. But now I received a RFE notice which was sent the same day as my online "approved" date. I just checked my online status is still "approved". I am so frustrated. What is going on?

My concern is if I send in my RFE file, will they process that correctly, or will my file be misplaced/misprocessed?
