Can I get my green card?

Dear all, I got my Ph.D in 2002 and did 3.5 years postdoc in the non-profit
institute. My major is polymer science. However, I don't have too many
publications and I don't have first author paper at all. Now I'm going to
join in the new company and in the contract they said they will apply for
green card for me. Do I have good chance to get my green card? Which
catagory should I apply for? Thanks a lot for your concern and help!
