question again on spouse's 485

My 485 was approved in early August. But my wife hasn't even been asked for finger print. Now here is my concern: when she was working in a restraunt as a waitress (in her student days), she unintentionally sold alcohol to minor (she didn't know that the buyers were under 21). Therefore she got a ticket (record) but the case was dismissed with the help from a lawyer. We didn't hide this when filing for her 485. Will that affect her 485?
