I140andI485填表问题

请问大家几个填表问题， 谢谢了。
1。I485 part3: Were you inspected bu a US immigration officer? 选yes还是no?
2. 我是主申请人，我太太的I485上Part3B中填了我得材料，有一项是"applying with you?"请问yes还是no?
3. I485 part2，我选h, 应该如何解释哪？就写cocurrent filing吗？。我太太是不是应选b,not h.
4. Alien registration number 是啥呀， 好像没见过？
