求助！

我于2003年3月持H-1B来美国，有效期是明年2月。后换工作又申请了新的H-1B，有效期是明年7月。如果H-1B的工作有效期是累加的，就是明年2月。但是按新的H-1B，有效期是明年7月。我想请问大侠我的有效停留时间是从我进入美国开始，还是按新的H-1B有效日期为准。万分感谢！
