family-based GC, 2nd interview

Following is my case information. I passed interview in last July (my hu*****and is a citizen).In the june of this this year,we moved to another state. Recently, I got the notice of interview from new local office. Is this normal? Does it mean that the application needs to be re-initiated in the new office, including name check? Really worry about that. Please help me. Thank in advance.
