WES学位认证?

请问，那位通过wes作过学位认证？ 在需要提供的材料中有--“Official academic transcripts indicating all subjects taken and grades earned, Official academic transcripts must be sent directly to WES by the awarding institution. “，如果回我的毕业学校要的话，真不知道要等到哪年哪月才会有，我能不能将我申请学校时的成绩单（由学校印章封口）的由我直接寄到座学位认证呢？ 有没有别的快一点的机构做呢？
