when my parents were denied, they just waited for that long (2-3 weeks) to get another chance for the interview. We had a very special situation so we might be lucky.
My parents got approved at the 2nd time of interview. It all depends on your luck I guess. You can also pray for your parents' applicatoin. I think it helps. good luck!
