Referee resume is not

necessary if their credentials are clear in their refernce letters. If you really want to use their resumes, make them as short as possible (best 1 page). Very large petition package should be avoided as much as possible because a great person does not need so many pages in his petition to prove that! Unfortunately the CIS advisors might share that opinion and they don't have much time to review your case.
