We didn't claim each other in the same tax year. In the year 2002 and 2003, my hu*****and's salary was more than mine, so I was the dependent in the joint tax return; but in the year 2004, mine was more than his, so he was the dependent in the tax return..so maybe we should make the dependent same as before but not based on the salary?
