I485 approved in VSC, Can I ?

I 485 approved in VSC, can my spouse make an appointment at Texas to do fingerprint and signature in order to receive the final green card? becasue my spouse is studying in Texas while all applications were processed in Vermont? in another word, should spouse come back from Texas to boston area to give the signature? Thanks very much for suggestions.
