Hello,

I have a questioin about form DS-156 that is to apply H1b1 visa. DS-156,Item 36. Has anyone filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? Yes or No, if Yes, Who?

How should I answer this question? I will leave USA on August 3, I wish I can the answer as early as possible. I have filed PERM one month ago, my status is pending
