You should file AP/EAD with your 485. This is the easies and most efficient way to file AP/EAD.

Here is the list you need prepare for (AP or EAD), if filing both, you need double them:
* 2 passport photos
* copy of I-485 receipt
* copy of passport
* copy of visa
* copy of I-94 card, both sides
* copy of marriage license (if applicable)
