Maybe I didn't explain very well my case,actually my case is like this:

My LG was approve his asylum last year and than I file
I-730 to Nabraska in May,2004. At July 2004 Nabraska
gave me a letter and told me my case was transfered to
L.A. local office. From that time there was no any information fo r my case. So I went to L.A. office,
they my case was pending. that's why I looked for
congressman to help.
Now my question is : 1) Did my case approve?
2) why them sent my case to "NRC"?
3) How long time I have to wait for? 4) How can I do now?
