NIW RFE recommendation letter

Dear Friends:

I have nearly completed my RFE recommendation letter. I got 9 letters, three professor, one from cancer fundation, one from my boss, one from a researcher in govement research institute, but Three letters from Associate Professors. All of them is indepedent letter. Do you think those four letters from researcher and associate professors can be account? Your opinion is great help.
