Help!bout changing status

I withdrawed my application about changing status from F2 to J1 but then it was still approved and I got the letter last week. I wrote another letter to ask them to withdraw their approval letter and sent yesterday. Does that work? I really don't like the J1 job and want stay here as F2 now. Who can give me some advices?Thanks a loooooooooot!
