拿AP回国出关时要交I94

回国时，出关-要交I94-Yes,turning your I94 to your International flight carrier.They will collect I-94 together and mailed to INS. Usually INS receive these around one month. The INS will resume your I-485 processing after they receive your old I-94.
返回美国入关时要填新的I94 and 交AP-Yes, you need to should your Passport, AP, and new filled I-94 to them. Also, when you come to the airport in China, your International flight carrier will scan your passport and AP and they claim that USA need them to send these scanned stuff to USA. The purpose is to prevent illegal immgration.
