I also feel lucky for getting the approval of I-140 so soon. But I heard a lot of cases were approved around one month. My background is the following: 43 publications with most in chinese and most not the first author; 40 citations, some in review papers (Nature Review Neuroscience); 10 review requests; 2 awards from Chinese Educatonal Ministry; 2 memberships. And I was a full professor in China having fundings from NSFC. According to my lawyer's memo, I fulfilled all the evidences CIS listed for EB1. My lawywe is David Morris at Visa Law. He is really good.
