I had the same experiences. I am just wondering if we can find a place to complain? I think your material is complete enough, so is mine. Our parents just had bad luck.

My point is after waiting for 1 1/2 years, my parents still got rejection. VO told them that "... even though your material is complete, you are not qualify for a visa..."

Anybody has the same experienc?
