urgent question

my wife is currently working for a small U.S. company. The company is having their new office in China since they have a lot of business in China. The office here will be emptied but keep the company address in U.S.. The boss want my wife continue working for them. Our problem is that my wife's OPT is expiring in september. Even if she get the H1B using premium processing, is it doable for her to work in China and applying H1B visa in China and enter U.S. for visiting? Thanks in advance for any comments and advices.
