something urgent!! SOS

Hi,

I have an urgent question according to H1B visa. I got an offer from a non profit institute. They will sponsor my H1B visa. However, I want to know if I would get an offer from a profit company in the future, should I apply for H1B visa again or just change the sponsor? Please help me ASAP, thank you so much!!
