NIW 485 会要求提供工作证明吗？

现在NIW的140已过，485未批。可以换工作吗？
请问NIW 485 移民局会不会要求提供工作证明？
如果新工作和现在的不一样，会影响485的批准吗？
我知道理论上是不能换工作的，但是不知道实际上会有影响吗？
