那位好心人帮忙回答一下

I concurrently filed my 140 and 485 based on my nurse immigration.but i can not provide the visascreen on time,my 485 will be denied 1 month later,i talked to my laywer,she said she can withdraw my 485 form the USCIS,i told to her my hu*****and already filed his 140 for NIW.He is H1 visa,did not file green card with me.his 140 still pending now.we are in VSC.my lawyer want sent my withdrawing 485 to the USCIS from his law office and my hu*****and sent his 485 from our home at the same day?she said it will no gap for my stadus. she said i still can work based on my nurse immigration EAD.Is it possible?Doese anybody has a good idea to save my stadus here?I appreciated any valuable suggestions.
