Asking H1B visa in Beijing

Ask again since no answer yet
I am going to go back China soon. I was rejected 7 years ago in Beijing for F2 Visa. Is that a problem to apply H1B visa in Beijing now? I want to be honestly tell them I was rejected in the form DS-0156 form. I am in USA now and will prepare all possible documents.
