FP之后是否就已经有了VISA NUMBER?

看到以前的几个关于visa number 的问题．我不知道我是否有了这个号．如何查？我的４８５是10/20/04 Filed. 140 是2/20/05 Approved. ＦＰ是5/20/05.同时，ＬＵＤ是７／１５／０５和7/18/05, 两次．其中我太太的更新内容是: 5/17/05 收到FP Review Results．
不知这是否说明我已有了ＶＩＳＡ　ＮＵＭＢＥＲ？
