Urgent: CA online check

I can't be able to log in the on line checking service to check my processing status by using the required info as before since October, Any body knows why? Appreciate your reply.

My time line:
Apply: Sep. 2002,
First letter: Nov. 2002,
Till now, wait.

I am about to go back to china in a couple of month. Urgent!
