Please help-NIW evaluation!!

国内医学硕士+美国硕士,现在大学做研究， NIH project。老板发paper奇慢。一篇刚刚published（杂志level还可以），一片刚刚submitted，还有两篇非第一作者的pending， 国内有近十余篇（6篇第一作者，5篇第二，第n作者).会议文摘四篇（均为第一作者）。两个membership（不是什莫honorable membership），国内文章有十几个citations，但研究方向与现在的不完全一样。美国的论文还没有citation。
看现在NIW批的快了，怕错过这个村就没那个店了。
麻烦各位给评一下的可能性。我在NSC.
