postdoc at harvard with 3 very good first author papers at USA.about 30 papers at china. 4 invited reviews. and about 16 conference poster and talks. 4 memberships. none of it exclusive. 10 recommendation letters. one from department chair, 3 from oversea.

spend a year prepare all the stuff. halp year for letters. really hard work!

had plan to apply 485 this week, since just recieved RN last tursday.
