AP help

Form I-131 instruction states that you DO NOT need to apply for AP if both conditions meet:
1. You are an H-1 holder...
2. A form I-485 was filed .. and pending with the CIS.

I meet both conditions. My question is: if I indicate that my class of admission is H-1 on my I-131, will that have a negative impact on my AP application? I am confused. Thanks for your help.
