请教：485pending 上学

拿到了scholarship,准备9月开始上学，
现在是OPT,到年底到期，今年1月递交的140&485，140已批，485 pending。
用485 pending没问题吧？
因为不是TA or RA, 不用申请EAD吧？
请指点一二，谢谢！！！
