Anyone has this experience?

I revalidated my H-1B visa last year through Department of State in St.louis and I got the visa back. But I did not use it since the project keeps me from having vacation at that time. This year, I applied for the revalidation again, Do you think It is OK for them to revalidate my visa again? will they be angry to turn me down since I did not use the visa they issued me last time? Does anyone have this kind of experience before? thanks!
