help 140 RFE

Dear Sir/madam:

Two professors would like to sign the recommendation letter for me and I sent the draft to them last month. I have not got any informaiton from them since I gave them the recommdation draft, althought I sent them email again and asked them if they received my email. Also, I called them, nobody picked up phone. Would you please give me some suggestion what I can do for this situation? My RFE deadline is Aug. 1.

Additionally, Can I show the certificate of Pofessor position in China to CIS to evidence that I am very good in my field. Thanks
