更换地址 must file AR-11

that is required by law for all foreigners. However, if you want the CIS to send anything related to your pending case to your new address, you have to notify them (call the 800 # should work) about the change. In other words, if you don't call to change the address for your cases, AR-11 won't automatically change it for you.
