If you can get a letter from your company to state that, it would be a great evidence. If it is just declared by yourself, it may not be much convincing.

In the letter, they need to mention the point like that your unique qualifications (including training and and experts) are much valuable to the project of national interest, but your eligibility is not ok because of your current status.
