急问AP FILING ADDRESS

filed I-131 AP for my wife to local office (I-140 NIW approved; 485 pending); got rejected instructing to resubmit to Chicago lockbox; So confused, isn't that the address for family-based adjustment of status only?

Anyone has similar experience? Anyone knows how long it takes through the Chicago facility?
